FINANCE WITH A PURPOSE
What’s next for
your business?
Start with the goal. We’ll help you explore which finance options are worth discussing.
Finance availability, security, rates, fees and terms depend on your circumstances and the lender’s assessment.
SEE THE STARTING POINTS SIDE BY SIDE
Different plans.
Different conversations.
Use this table to find a starting point for your enquiry. Your broker will assess the options with you.
| Finance pathway | What you’re planning | What we’ll discuss | Start here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business loans & cash flow | Working capital, stock, a fit-out or a business opportunity. | The purpose, trading history, cash flow, existing commitments and when funds would be needed. | Discuss funding |
| Equipment & vehicles | Buying or replacing a work vehicle, tools, machinery or business equipment. | The asset and quote, expected use, purchase timing, contribution and proposed finance structure. | Discuss an asset |
| Commercial property | Buying premises, investing in commercial property or reviewing property finance. | The property, ownership structure, deposit or equity, occupancy or lease details and repayment position. | Discuss a property |
These are enquiry pathways, not loan offers or an eligibility assessment. Ask us to explain total costs, security and any guarantees before committing.

BUSINESS FINANCE, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Good questions
are welcome.
A few things to understand before you start.
Is TSA a lender or a broker?
TSA helps you explore finance as a broker. A lender assesses an application and provides any approved funding. We’ll explain the parties involved and the relevant terms as part of the process.
How much can my business borrow?
That requires an assessment of your business, funding purpose, repayment position and the lender’s requirements. We can talk through your funding needs during the first conversation; an enquiry is not a quote or an indication of eligibility.
Will I need security or a personal guarantee?
Requirements vary between products, lenders and circumstances. Ask which assets may be used as security and whether any personal guarantee is required. Understand those obligations before signing.
What will the finance cost?
Ask about interest, establishment and ongoing fees, any broker fees or commissions, and early repayment costs. The applicable costs depend on the arrangement. We’ll explain relevant costs and disclosures before you decide whether to proceed.
Can I enquire if I’m still planning or newly trading?
Yes, you can start a conversation. Tell us your trading stage and plans. Available options will depend on lender criteria and assessment; an enquiry does not mean a loan is available or approved.
Does this form submit a loan application?
No. It prepares an enquiry for you to review and send using your email app. It does not submit a credit application, check your credit or confirm finance approval.
